The Jester is the titular main antagonist of the horror/thriller analogy short films of the same name. He is an enigmatic and malevolent being who enjoys inducing suffering to individuals he comes across who don't appreciate his own tricks or break the rules of Halloween.

Set four years after the Portuguese revolution and the simultaneous loss of the Portuguese empire in Africa, the story concerns a director who sells guns to finance his play.

A malevolent being known as The Jester terrorizes the inhabitants of a small town on Halloween night, including two estranged sisters who must come together to find a way to defeat this evil entity.

Based on the 1993 horror film "Demon Dolls" by Director Todd Jason Cook, this REMAKE gives the cult classic a darker atmosphere and new slasher style approach. Looking for a gift for his little sister, Mike comes across a clown doll at a small corner store. He purchases the doll and goes back home to begin setting up for his Halloween party with his friends. At Mike's party, the body count begins and it soon becomes clear that the doll has plans for Mike's party guests, and fun is NOT on the menu.
